Yes, the child who is familiarly called Arkan has bought clothes for him to wear on Eid al-Fitr. It was a day full of joy for Arkan and his friends to welcome the Day of Victory.

“Arkan lives with my aunt, my father and mother are gone. Father when he was three years old, and mother when he was in second grade. My mother and father are sick,” explained Arkan.
However, #RamadandariHati’s kindness was not something he wanted to experience alone. Arkan also bought baby clothes for his newborn niece.

Ramadan 1444 H has said goodbye, but spreading the benefits of Ramadan from the heart continues. During Ramadan, Dompet Dhuafa collaborates with various school partners to hold various beneficial programs. One of them is like what Adik Irma Elementary School (SD) does in honoring orphans and poor people.
On Thursday (20/4/2023), SD Adik Irma also distributed assistance worth Rp10,000,000 to Dompet Dhuafa through the Orphan Shopping Program. On this occasion, Dompet Dhuafa invited orphans under the auspices of the Community Service Agency (LPM) to shop for needs ahead of Eid al-Fitr. They have the opportunity to buy new clothes to be used on Eid.
Accompanied by Dompet Dhuafa Volunteers, the orphans looked very happy when shopping for Ramadan needs and welcoming Eid at Pujasari Swalayan Bojongsari.
“Thank you donors, for buying clothes and others. This is for Eid, I’m really happy!” said Arkan.
Dompet Dhuafa echoes Ramadan from the Heart with a purpose that is sparked from the heart. Not just donating, but also touching the heart. One of them is through the Bareng Yatim Shopping agenda with Adik Irma Elementary School.

A representative from SD Adik Irma, Miss Nurul, revealed that the funds donated were the result of fees collected by students of SD Adik Irma. According to her, this is one way to teach early awareness of others.
“Adik Irma School has religious activities. Well, previously we also worked with Dompet Dhuafa. We also have a routine program to distribute children’s mandates, this activity is expected to motivate children to share and can also add to their religious activities, considering that our school is a public school. Alhamdulillah, this collaboration was achieved,” said Miss Nurul.
In line with this, Neng Nadiyya Saima, Officer Retail Fundraising Resources Mobilization Dompet Dhuafa, expressed her gratitude to SD Adik Irma for trusting Dompet Dhuafa to channel the mandate of students.
“Alhamdulilah, yesterday our friends have collected their good deeds for orphans. We thank the younger siblings, stakeholders, and teachers who have entrusted and trusted us to distribute the Orphan Shopping Program. Hopefully the results of your good deeds can be a blessing,” said Neng Nadiyya. (Dompet Dhuafa/Anndini)
