SRAGEN, CENTRAL JAVA — Dompet Dhuafa and PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia spread sacrificial animals to remote parts of the archipelago to celebrate Eid al-Adha 1444 H. In this good collaboration, as many as 11 sheep/goats (doka) were distributed to several distribution points, including Sragen, Wonogiri, Rote Island, and several areas in Jabodetabek.
Nandrianto S, Dompet Dhuafa Partnership Team said that establishing this kindness collaboration is an implementation to voice the goodness and blessings of sacrifice to reach a wider community.
“We appreciate Mirae Asset Sekuritas, who continues to be committed to kindness with its CSR collaborations for the community. Included in this collaboration, namely Tebar Hewan Kurban (THK) to remote parts of the country,” said Nandri in his official statement on Wednesday (5/7/2023).

One of the distribution points of Dompet Dhuafa sacrifice with Mirae Asset Sekuritas is located in Sragen, Central Java. The reason for choosing Sragen Regency as the location for the beneficiaries of THK 1444 H sacrifice is because there is still a lack of nutritious food interventions in the region.
Based on processed IDEAS research from BPH, Sragen Regency has a fairly low average meat consumption of 0.114 in 2022. Because it is quite low, this figure is a big concern for the Dompet Dhuafa Team to be able to channel Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia’s sacrificial mandate to Sragen on the third day of Tasyrik, Saturday (1/7/2023).
One of the beneficiaries of Dompet Dhuafa and Mirae Asset Sekuritas’ Sacrificial Animal Stocking is Mbah Tumiyem (69). He lives in Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen. Mbah Tumiyem and his family are local goat farmers but cannot enjoy sacrificial meat because the goats are sold for daily needs.

The presence of the THK Program in his village allows Mbah Tumiyem’s family to taste sacrificial meat, along with 10 other beneficiaries living around Mbah Tumiyem.
“Nggih kulo matur suwun sanget mbak, mpun diparingi daging kurban, alhamdulillah rezeki kulo sak kaluargi, (Alright, I really thank you, you have been given sacrificial meat. Alhamdulillah, this is our sustenance as a family),” said Mbah Tumiyem.
Another beneficiary in the region is Mbah Parni, 70. In his hearing that was no longer functioning properly, Mbah Parni welcomed the arrival of the Dompet Dhuafa Team, who provided sacrificial meat.
The other beneficiaries also felt the blessings of Eid al-Adha 1444 H Dompet Dhuafa and Mirae Asset Sekuritas. Thanks to this collaboration, kindness spreads everywhere and hopefully can become the seed of other virtues. (Dompet Dhuafa/Awalia Ramadhani)
