CENTRAL JAVA — Dompet Dhuafa and Tokopedia work together to do good by buying up the merchandise of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang. The MSME Merchandise Borong activity was carried out by the Dompet Dhuafa Central Java Team in several areas, including the Old City Area, Mijen, and Puspogiwang Street on Friday (4/14/2023).
In addition to buying merchandise, Dompet Dhuafa Central Java also distributes the merchandise to the public as takjil to break the fast at various points around Semarang, Central Java.
The activity was carried out to facilitate street vendors in trading, so that they could go home early and immediately gather with their families to break the fast. It also helps local road users who do not have time to prepare food to break their fast.
