Initiated by Dompet Dhuafa through the MPZ and ZLN Department under the Division of Communication and Strategic Alliances, CADP aims to develop outstanding, competent, and professional Amil. This entails a profound understanding of Fiqh and ZIS and waqf management, the ability to apply it in daily ZIS collection and management activities, and trustworthiness.

Looking ahead, CADP is set to become an annual endeavor, aspiring to produce exceptional, professional, and competent Amil to support government efforts in maximizing the potential of zakat funds, nearing 300 trillion IDR annually. This initiative is expected to enhance public trust in muzaki and donors, paralleling the growth in capacity among stakeholders in Indonesian Islamic philanthropic institutions.
