The inauguration ceremony was conducted by Udhi Tri Kurniawan, GM of Economic & Independence Programs at Dompet Dhuafa, Zaini Tafrikhan, the Central Java Branch Manager of Dompet Dhuafa, and Wahibur Rokhman, the Dean of FEBI IAIN Kudus. Zaini Tafrikhan expressed appreciation for the collaboration in this entrepreneurship program. He noted that the Container Canteen at FEBI IAIN Kudus was established more quickly than any other canteen launched on different campuses. Previously, the program had been introduced at UIN Salatiga, UIN Walisongo Semarang, and UIN Banten, with the Container Canteen at UIN Salatiga serving as the pilot project for this program.
“Today, several alumni have succeeded in their professional careers and continued their entrepreneurial ventures,” Zaini revealed.
On the same occasion, Wahibur Rokhman, Dean of FEBI IAIN Kudus, stated that the campus, especially FEBI, was very open and pleased to receive the Container Canteen scholarship program from Dompet Dhuafa. In his view, this scholarship program not only provides assistance but also strengthens the entrepreneurial spirit of FEBI IAIN Kudus students.

Adding more details, Udhi Tri Kurniawan mentioned that the Container Canteen is a program funded by Dompet Dhuafa’s Central Java donors through zakat funds. Its aim is to ensure the continuation of education for outstanding students in need of financial assistance.
“Dompet Dhuafa has implemented many initiatives. The Container Canteen is one such program that should not stop after one or two years but must be sustainable and continuously evolve,” Udhi concluded. (Dompet Dhuafa/Central Java/Muthohar)
