JAKARTA – After previous years, Ramadan was shrouded in a pandemic. The Indonesian people have held the Holy Month of Ramadan with an atmosphere and usual excitement. Therefore, 30 days before Ramadan, on Sunday (19/02/2023), Dompet Dhuafa held Tarhib Ramadhan 1444 H, which took place in Chillax, Sudirman. This event is here so that people can better prepare themselves to welcome Ramadan, both in terms of spiritual, health and material.
It was opened by the Bahana Qu Marching Band Parade of SMP Negeri 09 Jakarta, followed by Qasidah Al-Anwar and the Ramadhan Cooking Menu of Ayam Taliwang with Chef Aiko. #RamadanDariHati opens by counting down a digital screen that shows the visualization of #IsiUlangNurani.
There was also a Stand-Up Comedy event with Iwan Penyet and Vhirza Alamsyah, as well as a Talk Show with Suci Nuzleni Qadarsih as the Chairman of the Committee, Ayman Ricky (Actor & Volunteer Specialist Dompet Dhuafa), and Windira Kurniadi (SPV Group Head Business Planning and Revenue Assurance PT Bank Aladdin Syariah).

Suci Nuzleni Qadarsih said that this #RamadhanDariHati relates to that described in surah At-Taubah verse 103:
“Take zakat from their treasures, to cleanse and purify them, and pray for them. Verily your prayer is (fostering) peace of soul for them.”
Zakat itself is an obligation based on the goodness of human beings that every human has goodness in his conscience. “We want to invite people to prepare for Ramadan. From that heart, we will be able to move other humans in the month of Ramadan to continue to share kindness,” Suci said.
Also present at the event was the Director of Communication and Technology of Dompet Dhuafa, Prima Hadi Putra. He hoped this program would also provide knowledge about zakat, especially zakat mal (wealth). This zakat mal (wealth) will be well paid in Ramadan with terms and conditions according to Sharia.
Prima Hadi Putra also conveyed this Ramadan tarhib (welcoming event) as a reminder for all communities to prepare for the holy month of Ramadan 1444 H.

“This event aims to stir up Ramadhan because time flies so fast that this Tarhib can remind us that Ramadan is coming soon. There is still one month to fulfill fasting debts,” said Dompet Dhuafa’s Director of Communication and Technology.
The #RamadanDariHati program of Dompet Dhuafa, in general, aims to invite the Indonesian people to participate in suitable activities, especially during Ramadan. Later, the good will be felt by not only the community but also those of us who are involved.
“#RamadhanDariHati also hopes it can knock on our hearts so that we can worship and do other good activities from the heart,” Holy said.
He also explained that later, there would be about 10 Programs in the series of #RamadandariHati run in a blessed month. Among them are Back to the Mosque, Donors of MSME Wholesale Merchandise, Spreading Zakat Fitrah to Remote Parts of the Country, Ramadan Parcels, Sharing Blessings of Suhoor & Iftar, Almsgiving of the Quran, Ramadhan Village, Ramadhan Events in Prisons.
“If we usually get parcels in the month of Ramadan, then this time, we will distribute Ramadan parcels to mustahik or beneficiaries. One of the other programs is Spreading Zakat Fitrah to Remote Parts of the Country,” Suci explained.
“Last year, we successfully distributed zakat fitrah to as many as 85,000 beneficiaries. As for this year, we are targeting to distribute around 100,000 – 120,000 zakat fitrah to beneficiaries in various parts of the country,” Suci added.
There is also a corner for health checks by the Free Health Service (LKC) of Dompet Dhuafa. Followed by the symbolic handover of prosthetic legs to one of the beneficiaries, and Tarhib (welcoming event) Ramadhan was closed with a stunning performance from J-Rocks. Through this Tarhib event, hopefully, the community can participate in the #RamadhanDariHati kindness program with Dompet Dhuafa to #IsiUlangNurani. (Dompet Dhuafa – Awalia R).
