GAZA, PALESTINE – Dompet Dhuafa, through its partners in Gaza, has successfully distributed food aid to Palestine. The relentless attacks by Israel in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, have severely damaged Palestinian resources for meeting basic needs. Currently, they are struggling to fulfill their needs for clothing, food, and shelter, facing a critical lack of water, electricity, and access to food.

In this emergency situation, Dompet Dhuafa, in collaboration with partners in Gaza, distributed thousands of ready-to-eat meals to Palestinians in the Jabalya and Tofah refugee camps. Approximately 1,000 people benefited from the food aid for Palestine carried out throughout November 2023. Soon after the outbreak of the war, Dompet Dhuafa had also distributed 1,000 food packages to the community in Jabalya Camp, Gaza.

Dompet Dhuafa is committed to sending humanitarian aid in line with the needs of the Palestinian people. However, this effort cannot be carried out by Dompet Dhuafa alone; it requires the support and assistance of other parties.

“Hopefully, all this aid will arrive safely and the Palestinian people can benefit from this aid as soon as possible. In the future, God willing, we will continue to provide aid in the form of food, health, water, and energy sources. We hope that the Palestinian people can soon live in peace and comfort again,” said Arif Rahmadi Haryono, Chief Executive of DMC Dompet Dhuafa.
