BOGOR – Lembaga Pengembangan Insani (LPI) Dompet Dhuafa held an eco-brick training at the Al-Insan Hall of LPI, on Monday (06/02/2023). On this occasion, LPI brought in tutors, namely Russel Maier and Ani, Co-Founder and Principal of the Global Ecobrick Alliance.
This learning is packaged in an Inspiration Room, “The Sundries of the Ecobrick World” followed by 50 SMART Adiwiyata retainers.
Russel and Ani explained the dangers of plastic that can damage the environment. According to both, the younger generation needs to move to take real action through simple means such as reducing, reusing, sorting, and processing plastic waste.

Russel and Ani hope that SMART Adiwiyata’s retainers can change the environment and reduce environmental issues in a real way.
“When we want to live in harmony with the Earth, we must know anything that can poison the Earth. There is much we can do to contribute to creating a clean environment, one of which is reducing plastic use and eco-bricking. Besides, it doesn’t cost much, by eco-bricking, we have helped save the Earth,” explained Ani.
