PURBALINGGA — LKC Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Tengah held Aksi Layanan sehat (Health Service Action) in collaboration with Purbalingga Peduli Volunteers and Kodim 07/02 Purbalingga for the purpose of Relawan Purbalingga Peduli or RPP (Purbalingga Peduli Volunteers) activities, on Sunday (29/1/2023). This action was enthusiastically welcomed by the people of Purbalingga.
Various series of health services were provided at the action, consisting of the installation of birth control implants, free Aksi Layanan Sehat or ALS (health service actions) and so on. In addition to health services, in this action, there were also donations for orphans; sincere stalls, namely stalls that sell rice boxes complete with side dishes by only paying voluntarily into money boxes; and there was also a distribution of rice to the surrounding society.
The activity was carried out at Griya Petualangan Indonesia, precisely in Dusun Pakedjen, Karangjengkol Village, Kutasari District, Purbalingga Regency. This Health Service Action collaboration activity took place from 01:00 PM WIB to 04.00 PM WIB.
The number of benefits recipients in this Health Service Action was 85 people from children to the elderly. The Healthy Service Action in its implementation involved the Health Team of Dompet Dhuafa with the presence of dr. Diany Larasati and the Health Team from Kodim 07/02 with the presence of dr. Dian Wijayanti.
According to dr. Diany Larasati, there were various diseases diagnosed in the Pakedjen area.
“The most common diseases or diagnoses are Myalgia, Hypertension, ARI, and Gastritis,” said dr. Diany Larasaty.
LKC Dompet Dhuafa Central Java revealed, as a health network institution of Dompet Dhuafa, LKC is committed to keep involved in public health efforts to develop professional health service programs for dhuafa in Indonesia, by developing science and technology-based health service systems, also developing partnerships with fellow Dompet Dhuafa networks both nationally and internationally, and developing empowerment methods based on health communities and adhering to promotive, preventive and curative approaches.
