DEPOK, WEST JAVA – The hall of Fitrah Islamic Elementary School (SDIF) Al Fikri Depok on Monday (6/1/2025) morning was filled with laughter and emotion. The musical drama entitled “Unite the Heart, Strengthen the Soul, Help Palestine” successfully united 450 children in grades 1-6 of SDIF Al Fikri in the spirit of sharing and caring for others.
Organized by Dompet Dhuafa, the event was enlivened by guest stars Panji Sakti and Gulali Warna Indonesia featuring Hawa, who presented a musical drama about the friendship between two rabbits. Through the drama, children are invited to understand the importance of brotherhood, mutual help, and respect for differences.
“It’s simple, we want to convey messages of kindness through drama stories that are packaged musically to make it interesting,” said Panji Sakti.
“The music we bring is also cheerful songs typical of children, songs that are appropriate for their age. Because it seems that in today’s generation, we rarely hear children’s songs. Hopefully, it will bring benefits, especially for Palestine. For that reason, we are gathered here this morning,” he added.
Apart from presenting a musical drama, this event was also a special moment for SDIF Al Fikri students. Because they have managed to collect donations amounting to Rp65,023,000 (sixty-five million twenty-three thousand rupiah) for their brothers and sisters in Palestine. The donation was then handed over to Dompet Dhuafa. Although the handover has been carried out, SDIF Al Fikri added another donation of Rp4,910,000 (four million nine hundred ten thousand rupiah) after the musical drama was held. So that the total donation was Rp69,933,000 (sixty-nine million nine hundred thirty-three thousand rupiah).
“On this first day of school, it’s great to gather together with so much kindness,” said Mrs. Nury Fibriany, Principal of SDIF Al Fikri.
“I salute you because we care and can give some of what we have to others, especially to our brothers and sisters in Palestine,” continued Mrs. Nury.
This event proves that the spirit of sharing and caring for others can be cultivated from an early age. Through activities like this, it is hoped that Indonesian children can become the next generation who care and have a high social spirit.

Dompet Dhuafa’s Retail Fundraising Manager, Yudha Andilla, hopes that this event can also be an inspiration for other schools to hold similar activities.
“By instilling good values from an early age, we hope that Indonesia’s young generation can grow into a caring generation. Hopefully the actions carried out by Dompet Dhuafa with Panji Sakti, Hawa, and Gulali Warna Indonesia can also inspire many collaborators of kindness,” he said. (Dompet Dhuafa)
