PALEMBANG, SOUTH SUMATRA — LEKA Indonesia (PT Tissor Indonesia), a brand of cleaning and health equipment, together with Dompet Dhuafa distributed School Kit packages to students of State Elementary School 151 Palembang on Wednesday (11/9/2024). This distribution was carried out through the “One Transaction, One Million Donations” education program, which is the result of setting aside profits from the sale of Popo Sprayer and Pipi Sprayer products during the period March 11 to May 31, 2024.
This program is one of LEKA’s social initiatives aimed at supporting education in Indonesia, especially in the South Sumatra region. For every purchase of Popo Sprayer and Cheek Sprayer products during this period, LEKA set aside Rp10,000 to be donated.
As a result, 20 school kit packages, containing school supplies such as stationery, bags, drawing books, crayons, as well as food containers and drinking bottles, were handed over to students at SD Negeri 151 Palembang, located in Pulo Kerto, Gandus Sub-district, Palembang City, South Sumatra.

LEKA is a business brand that sells health support equipment, such as air purifiers, dehumidifiers, UV sterilizers, and others. Previously in 2022, LEKA also collaborated with Dompet Dhuafa to distribute 100 food packages.
In its statement, LEKA stated that this was the third time they collaborated with Dompet Dhuafa. Then return to collaborate again in 2024 on the momentum of Ramadan.
“Seeing the smiles and enthusiasm of the children when they received their new school supplies was a moment of hope. We believe that education is the key to the future, and through this initiative, we together with Dompet Dhuafa hope to accompany their steps in reaching their dreams,” said Dina Kusuma Wardani.
Diana Rahma, Marketing Partnership Officer of Dompet Dhuafa, expressed her appreciation for LEKA’s trust in supporting social programs in supporting education in Indonesia.
“It is an honor to be entrusted again by LEKA to jointly run a campaign of kindness in the month of Ramadan this year. Alhamdulillah, thanks to the contributions from LEKA’s customers, donations have been collected and distributed in the form of school kit packages for children at SD Negeri 151 Palembang. Putra, a student of SD Negeri 151 Palembang who received a School Kit from LEKA, expressed his excitement when he received the kit.
“I’m happy to have a new bag, drinking bottle, and other items too, so I’m excited to learn,” said Putra.
Through this collaboration, LEKA and Dompet Dhuafa hope to make a real contribution in improving children’s enthusiasm for learning and supporting the achievement of better education in the future.
