JAKARTA — Panji Siswanto bin Suparlan bin Sastro (Panji Sakti), who popularized the poetry musicalization song “Kepada Noor” by Moch. Syarif Hidayat, surprised Dompet Dhuafa’s employees with the “Grebek Kantor” #TibaTibaKonser action at Philanthropy Building, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (15/5/2024). The man born in Bumi Pasundan, Bandung, entertained them in the midst of their hustle and bustle of activities. Panji Sakti spontaneously sang beautiful songs.
Although Dompet Dhuafa employees were surprised, Panji gave joy and enthusiasm through his performance which made all employees sing and cheer up. Those who were busy with their work immediately fell silent, not long after Dompet Dhuafa’s people also took out their cameras to capture this unforgettable moment.
This event became an unforgettable moment, strengthened togetherness, and provided an injection of motivation for all Dompet Dhuafa personnel. Amda Aldian as Manager of Panji Sakti revealed that this #TibaTibaKonser action was a gift or offering for Panji Sakti to fellow servants of God.

“So #TibaTibaKonser is in the sense of giving offerings to people. Sometimes in front of plants, paintings, because in his eyes (Panji Sakti), all life is because of God’s creatures. If it’s like earlier, usually it’s at vulnerable hours, then surprise comes to the Dompet Dhuafa office to entertain giving offerings, “said Amda Aldian.
Through Grebek Kantor, Panji Sakti succeeded in entertaining Dompet Dhuafa employees who were full of surprises and joy. Panji sang his songs “Wahai Tear Yang Berlinang”, “Kepada Noor”, and “Jiwaku Sekuntum Bunga Kamboja” into a mesmerizing performance.
Laughter and enthusiasm filled the room, creating happiness among the people. The event not only refreshed morale, but also emphasized the importance of happiness in the workplace.
“The goal is to entertain people to be cheerful again, feel entertained, but more deeply there is a connection that is contacted because not all offices we go to, we choose those that have a ‘personal connection’ with us,” he added.
“But the surprise is, everyone is happy who was previously sleepy, boring, and so there are feelings that want to be built by friends (Panji Sakti Team), it is also a vitamin for us, for the team, because it turns out that there are people who sincerely want to listen to our songs and works. Alhamdulillah,” said the man who is often called Kang Aldi.
Sri Devi Wahyuni, one of the Dompet Dhuafa employees who felt very surprised by Panji’s arrival. She felt entertained because of the busy activities, but with this “Office Grebek” she felt more excited to work.
“I was really surprised, suddenly someone entered the room saying greetings. Eh, do you know who brought the guitar? It turned out to be Panji Sakti, huhu, I’m really happy in broad daylight to make sueger. It felt like watching an intimate concert. Plus the songs are very warm.
