JAKARTA — The Great Friday was again held on Friday (03/02/2023) at the Philanthropy Building, Jati Padang, South Jakarta. Dompet Dhuafa personnel also gathered to welcome the holy month of Ramadan 1444 H with the talk show “Welcoming Ramadan from the Heart”. This event aims to introduce the Ramadhan program to dompet dhuafa internally. In addition, it is also for socialization related to the variety of programs and the collection strategy.
Suci Nuzleni Qadarsih attended this talk show as the Chairman of Ramadan 1444 H, Ahmad Faqih as the Vice Chairman of Ramadan, and Kamaludin as the PIC of the Ramadan & Ziswaf Program. Anto L Prayoga hosted the series of events as Host & Mc. In addition, there was also an entertainment session in the form of a music performance filled by Willy DA.
As stated by Suci Nuzleni Qadarsih at the Ramadan Tarhib (welcoming) in Chillax Sudirman (19/02/2023), the inspiration for Ramadan from the Heart began when reading the Quran surah At-Taubah verse 103. On the Great Friday Talk Show, Suci also delivered it more fully.

“Sura at-taubah verse 103 is the inspiration for this program because it has the content or essence of how every human being has the peace of their heart to share, one of which is by blessing. Its essence is the purpose of life; every human has his conscience,” Suci said.
“By the power and blessings of God, in 2023, we have passed through a pandemic. These were difficult times for Dompet Dhuafa people and all Indonesians. That is why we this year want to invite people to start something from ourselves, from the heart. This idea is what initiated the tagline #RamadanDariHati,” Suci said.
Dompet Dhuafa has prepared to welcome Ramadan by holding a Ramadan Tarhib (a welcoming event for Ramadhan).
“Ramadan preparations are already underway; we also have a message about Ramadhan month has been here (Berasa Sudah Ramadhan). So that others can get ready to welcome the holy month,” Suci added.

In this Great Friday Talk show, there was also a session to explore the strategy of collecting Ramadan, which Ahmad Faqih, Deputy Chairman of Ramadhan, explained.
“Ramadan is the momentum of the initiation that we made. Many people will be more heartbroken to perform Ziswaf during Ramadan than in other months,” Faqih explained.
Regarding what programs are in the month of Ramadan, Dompet Dhuafa itself has several programs that are run, such as zakat education, Spreading of Zakat Fitrah (Tebar Zakat Fitrah), Sharing your meal with others (Traktir Makan Saudaramu), Parcel Ramadhan, Sharing of Suhoor (Berbagi Sahur) and Iftar, Alms Quran, back to the Mosque (a program to exchange old prayer tools into new ones), the Qurban Installment program that has begun to be implemented in the month of Ramadan and other programs.
For the Spreading of Zakat Fitrah (Tebar Zakat Fitrah program), Kamaludin, the PIC of the Ramadan & Ziswaf Program, it was said that the target of this program is to be distributed in 17 provinces with 120,000 beneficiaries.
“There are three branches involved in providing and distributing zakat fitrah stockings, namely DD Maluku, DD Banten, and DD Singkawang. There are two forms, namely zakat in the form of staples through partners, and amyl assistance so that Dompet Dhuafa people can also contribute to spreading Zakat Fitrah to the surrounding area in the form of funds,” said Kamaludin.

Through this Talk show to Welcome Ramadhan from the Heart, it is hoped that Dompet Dhuafa people can be even more enthusiastic in welcoming Ramadan and existing programs that can be delivered internally in Dompet Dhuafa itself. In addition, the spirit of this #RamadhanDariHati can also hopefully become a form of solidarity and natural action of Dompet Dhuafa in helping the Indonesian people through Ziswaf.
