The Qur’an was revealed to be a guide for humanity. So, it is not surprising that it contains many instructions as well as a good way of life as a Muslim. In fact, there are many prayers to ask Allah Swt for everything, including prayers for help. We can recite this prayer when we are in difficult conditions, because only Allah is the only place to ask for help.
Allah is the Best Helper
“If Allah helps you, then no one can defeat you; if Allah spares you (does not help), then who can help you (other than) Allah after that? So let the believers put their trust in Allah alone.” (QS Ali ‘Imran: 160)
The above verse emphasises the power and might of Allah Swt. If Allah helps His servant, no one will be able to defeat him, and if Allah withdraws His help, no one will be able to help you. For this reason, it is only to Allah that believers can rely and submit all their affairs.
In difficult conditions, such as lack of wealth, being faced with chronic illness, losing a job, and so on, we as Muslims must surrender and offer prayers asking for Allah’s help. Pleading for all difficulties to pass quickly.
“Moses said to his people: Seek Allah’s help and be patient; surely the earth belongs to Allah; He destroys it for whom He wills of His servants. And a good end is for those who fear.” (QS. Al-A’raaf: 128)

Accompany Prayer with Effort
In every prayer, there needs to be an accompanying effort. Because, Allah will see how serious His servants are, who try and pray for help from Him. Friends, besides praying, you can also take part in making efforts with Dompet Dhuafa through alms. Because alms can be a means for Allah’s help to come to us.
From Abdullah bin Mas’ud, the Prophet said: ‘Almsgiving can overcome disease, prevent difficulty, and withstand disaster.’ (HR. Ahmad and al-Tabarani)
