We should also have faith that Allah will indeed help His servants.
Why Anxiety Enters the Heart
Anxiety is a natural part of being human, as we are emotional beings. Many factors can cause feelings of anxiety to enter our hearts. Common triggers include worries about an uncertain future, financial conditions, health concerns, and many others.
These life issues can often lead to a sense of unease and stress. However, it’s essential to remember that Allah has taught us in the Quran (Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 286) that He does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. Nevertheless, we sometimes forget this, leading our hearts and minds to become anxious.
