PT Agrinesia Raya’s Zakat Distribution Encourages MSME Development in Bogor

BOGOR — PT Agrinesia Raya together with Dompet Dhuafa through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) House Program held digital marketing training for MSME players in the Zona Madina Parung area, Bogor, Friday (25/10/2024). This training is part of a form of distribution of PT Agrinesia Raya’s corporate zakat channeled through Dompet Dhuafa. The event, which collaborated with Ahmad Dahlan Institute of Technology and Wisata Djampang, aimed to increase the digital marketing capacity of MSMEs in Bogor and surrounding areas.

A total of 50 MSME players from Parung, Ciseeng, Kemang, and Tajurhalang sub-districts enthusiastically participated in this training. The digital application focused on in this training is the social media with the most users in the world today, namely TikTok, especially TikTok Shop. The training participants were equipped with various knowledge ranging from basic understanding, technical use to marketing optimization through TikTok Shop.

Digital marketing training is currently very important for MSME players because greater market potential can be reached through digital marketing media. Not only equipped with technical knowledge, participants were also given tips and tricks for creating content that is attractive to the audience and optimizing Tiktok Shop in order to increase brand awareness and sales.

“I am very grateful to be able to participate in this event because it provides new insights in marketing products through TikTok Shop. What is interesting and what we did not expect, this educational training is also based on zakat funds. Hopefully activities like this can be held again so that I and other MSME friends can continue to learn,” said Rasmi, one of the MSME players from Ciseeng. (Dompet Dhuafa)
