CIANJUR, WEST JAVA – Dompet Dhuafa through the Education Emergency Response (RDP) Lembaga Pengembangan Insani (LPI) held a Cheerful School Workshop for 110 teachers who survived the Cianjur earthquake disaster. This event lasts for 2 (two) days, Friday-Saturday (6-7/1/2022), at 2 different points, namely at SDN Kembang Manis 2 Padaluyu Village, Cugenang District and Cijedil Village Sekolah Alam Insan, Cugenang District.
One of the RDP volunteers on duty, Dedi Sanjaya, said that this workshop was one of the recovery programs after the Cianjur earthquake to help restore teachers’ enthusiasm to return to teaching.

Some of the materials presented were about the Leadership Development Program (LDP), Cheerful School Management, Literacy Culture, and Cheerful School Learning.
At the same time the trainers are Andi Ahmadi as a literacy culturalist, M. Shirli Gumilang as a learning trainer for Cheerful School, Rizki Aulia and Ricky Hardiansyah for LDP, and Agung Pardini as a material for Cheerful School Management.
“The first day of the Cheerful School workshop at two points at once, namely SDN Kembang Manis 2 and Sekolah Alam Islam JNR. A total of 110 participants took part in the workshop held by the first batch of the DD Human Development Institute of Education Emergency Volunteer Team or Relawan Darurat Pendidikan Lembaga Pengembangan Insani DD (RDP LPI DD) for two days,” he wrote in a report via short message, on Friday (6/1/2023).
