In carrying out online sacrificial services, there are several opinions of scholars, some allow, and some do not allow it. However, most scholars allow it because implementing online sacrifice is analogous to wakalah, which means that it can be represented when the conditions of the paper have been fulfilled.
The law of wakalah itself may be carried out. The postulate that underlies its permissibility is contained in Surah Al-Kahf verse 19, which means:
“……… Send one of you to the city with your silver money. Let him see which is better, and then bring some of it for you. Let him also be gentle and never tell anyone about your situation.” (QS. Al-Kahf: 19)
Most scholars agree that the implementation of online sacrifice is legal when it meets the following conditions:

- Slaughter by competent parties: Scholars emphasize the importance of slaughtering sacrificial animals by those competent in halal slaughter. The responsible party must ensure that the slaughter process is carried out by Islamic law.
