Share The Care, Dompet Dhuafa with NIVEA &; Alfamart Alfagift Spreads 1000 Iftar Packages and 900 Basic Food Packages

SERPONG, SOUTH TANGERANG — Dompet Dhuafa’s good collaboration is back with PT Beiersdorf Indonesia (NIVEA). In this program, NIVEA invites its consumers to donate in collaboration with Alfamart and Alfagift. The form of cooperation is by rolling out the “Share the Care” campaign. By purchasing NIVEA products at Alfamart stores or on the Alfagift application from 1-30 April 2023, consumers have donated IDR 1000.

Ahmad Faqih Syarafaddin, GM of the Infak and Alms Zakat Association (ZIS) of Dompet Dhuafa said this collaboration is one way to do good, especially during Ramadan 1444 H.

“We thank NIVEA and Alfamart Alfagift for making Dompet Dhuafa a bridge connecting kindness from consumers to people in need. This collaboration feels very great because it is carried out in a blessed month,” said Faqih.

For information, all donations collected from this collaboration were distributed through 1000 iftar packages and 900 basic food packages for people in need. Iftar packages are spread across seven regions: Depok, South Jakarta, South Tangerang, Tangerang City, West Jakarta, Bogor, and East Jakarta. Meanwhile, food packages are distributed at six Dompet Dhuafa branch points, including DD Sultra, DD Kaltim, DD Singgalang, DD Riau, DD Banten, and DD Yogyakarta.

One of the beneficiaries of Dompet Dhuafa’s good collaboration with NIVEA is the community around Mushola Nurul Hidayah, located in Rawa Mekarjaya, Serpong, South Tangerang. On Thursday (20/04/23), residents seemed enthusiastic about welcoming the activity, as Nur Hijah (42) revealed to the Dompet Dhuafa Team.

“Welcoming this iftar event, I was also assigned to make pudding and fruit ice and prepare watermelon. We are certainly delighted; thank you for holding this Iftar together. Waiting for the next years,” said Nur Hijah.

Ustaz Ahmad Muhajirillah, a representative of LPM Dompet Dhuafa from the Bina Santri Prisons Program who lives in this area, said, “Why did I choose this masala for the iftar activity held by Dompet Dhuafa with NIVEA and Alfamart Alfagift? It is because I am indeed a teacher in this masala. Then there are also many marginalized communities, meaning that there are still many of our middle to lower class communities, “explained Ustaz, who is familiarly called Muhajir.

Sharing this iftar package is also a moment of togetherness for residents at the end of Ramadan 1444 H.

“Alhamdulillah, by holding Iftar together today, it can be useful for the people in the Musala Al Hidayah area and its surroundings. Hopefully, this can be a friendship, especially around Mushola Nurul Hidayah, “said Ustaz Muhajir.
