JAKARTA — Ramadan is a moment of kindness that can bring humans closer to each other, to nature, especially to the Creator. The act of kindness also came from the BTS ARMY Indonesia community. On Saturday (23/3/2024), together with Dompet Dhuafa, the community of K-Pop idol lovers distributed 150 takjil packages in the time before breaking the fast. They targeted street vendors, motorbike taxi drivers, and taxis. The agenda entitled ‘ARMY Ramadan Giving’ took place around the Sudirman area, South Jakarta.

Representative of the ARMY Ramadan Giving Team, Nana, said that this was the first time her community worked together to share takjil with Dompet Dhuafa in the month of Ramadan. Going forward, not only sharing takjil, BTS ARMY Indonesia also has a series of other acts of kindness, namely tadarus and online studies on the X platform or Twitter which have been running since the beginning of Ramadan, every Saturday and Sunday. There will also be iftar and charity with orphans.
