JAKARTA — Telkom Indonesia, via its Industry and Service Project Operation (ISPO) Unit in the Solution Delivery & Assurance Division, demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting Palestine. This dedication is actualized through tangible actions, such as providing aid to Palestine and engaging directly in support efforts.
Partnering with Dompet Dhuafa, the ISPO Unit extends beyond moral support, efficiently funneling donations to alleviate the hardships faced by Palestinians under challenging conditions. This initiative mirrors the corporate social responsibility to uphold humanity and effectuate positive change amidst ongoing conflicts.
On Friday (8/12/2023), the ISPO Unit of Telkom Indonesia, represented by Arsyad Javier, Officer 2 of Project Delivery Planning from the ISPO SDA Unit, graciously handed over a donation for Palestine to Utammi Sri Lestari, Manager of Partnership for ZIS Fundraising at Dompet Dhuafa, at the Philanthropy Building in South Jakarta.

Arsyad Javier, during the donation ceremony for Palestine, shared, “Today’s event, marking the donation handover to Palestine through Dompet Dhuafa, is part of our routine activities. Currently, our brothers and sisters in Palestine are in dire need. Our colleagues, upon witnessing the struggles in Palestine amid bombings from Israel, and our volunteers on the ground, are dedicated to ensuring that the aid reaches those in need.”
Utammi Sri Lestari highly commended the initiative by Dompet Dhuafa’s partners, like the ISPO Unit of Telkom Indonesia, for their shared compassion and action.
“We extend our heartfelt thanks for placing your trust in Dompet Dhuafa to channel humanitarian aid to the people of Palestine. We hope that the assistance from the ISPO Unit, among others, will soon be distributed and prove beneficial,” Utammi stated.

It’s noteworthy that the ISPO SDA Unit, a segment of Telkom Indonesia, specializes in Project Management for Enterprise customer projects. Arsyad mentioned that the humanitarian funds were raised from internal personal contributions, with additional support from external sources within the ISPO Unit.
