JAKARTA — On Wednesday (8/5/2024) at the Dompet Dhuafa Philanthropy Building, Parni Hadi as the Initiator and Chair of the Dompet Dhuafa Board of Trustees outlined the view of “DD One Vision” to Dompet Dhuafa Branch Managers (Pincab) throughout Indonesia as agents of community empowerment who continue to learn, serve, and empower the poor. The visionary spirit was conveyed during the Coordination Meeting of the 2024 Tebar Hewan Kurban (THK) Program, which was attended by 22 Dompet Dhuafa Branch Officers in Indonesia.
Parni Hadi revealed that Dompet Dhuafa’s higher quality programs will go hand in hand with more efficient management. According to him, efficiency marks significant progress in the community empowerment efforts carried out by this institution.
“Today, I hope that it is time for you to do some creativity. Creativity grows from efficiency, alternative thinking, efficiency is also related to accuracy, no nation advances without being careful and thorough,” he explained.

Furthermore, according to Parni Hadi, efficiency is not only a necessity, but also one of the pillars in Filantropreneurship, which combines the concepts of philanthropy and entrepreneurship. Being an efficient and frugal social enterprise is key in providing sustainable support for the poor. Ensuring that every step taken has maximum impact for the welfare of the people.
“I agree on how the branches are gradually empowered and evaluated. You have a responsibility. Efficiency is integrated with philanthropreneurship, how to be an efficient, frugal entrepreneur for the poor. Efficiency supports activities, I have said that all of you must work quickly, carefully, accurately, precisely, economically useful and dignified,” Parni emphasized to the Pincab who were present.
Along with Parni Hadi, the Chairman of the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation Board, Ahmad Juwaini, as well as the Secretary of the Board, Etika Setyawanti, also attended to encourage the Pincab who gathered at the Dompet Dhuafa headquarters.

“Alhamdulillah, we can meet today, on a very important and good opportunity for us to get to know each other and learn from each other, as well as to try to unify the various views of our activities. We really appreciate and give high appreciation to everything the branches have done so far to develop programs in their respective regions. And hopefully the programs carried out can run well, benefit a lot and then give meaning to our cooperation with the parties in their respective regions, “said Ahmad Juwaini as Chairman of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation Board.
Since Monday (6/5/2024), 22 Pincab gathered to thoroughly evaluate the implementation of the Ramadan 1445 H program and prepare for the momentum of Tebar Hewan Kurban. In addition, the Pincab also discussed the strategic direction of changes occurring in the institution, as well as the vision and mission that has been set for the branch in 2024.
THK, which has pioneered qurbani distribution to remote areas of the country since 1994, will continue to innovate through the livestock industry. Thus, the collection and benefits that have been carried out by Dompet Dhuafa continue to grow and be useful.
“And I want a strong program, Dompet Dhuafa leads to the industrial era. We will create an industry, gradually. Building the country by raising cattle. For that, we must understand business, not just profit and be more efficient,” said Parni.

On that occasion, Parni Hadi also invited all Pincab to smile. He also called on every Dompet Dhuafa employee to smile with the best smile.
